These Terms & Conditions (Terms) govern your access to and use of products and services offered by Wooprex, including but not limited to HTML templates, Vue, React, Next.js, Nuxt.js, WordPress themes, WooCommerce templates, Shopify themes, and WordPress plugins. By purchasing or using any product or service from Wooprex, you agree to these Terms in full. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing our website or making a purchase. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our products or services.

1. License Types

Wooprex offers three distinct license plans tailored to different needs:

a) Individual License

  • Valid for 1 domain/website.
  • Ideal for personal or single-business use.
  • Lifetime product updates included.
  • 6-month email/chat support.
  • Includes priority installation services.
  • Redistribution or resale is strictly prohibited.

b) Developer License

  • Valid for up to 3 domains/websites.
  • Suitable for freelance developers and small teams.
  • Lifetime updates included.
  • 6-month premium support.
  • Includes priority installation services (up to 2 installs).
  • Cannot be resold or redistributed.

c) Agency License

  • Valid for up to 10 domains/websites.
  • Ideal for agencies managing multiple clients.
  • Lifetime product updates and support.
  • Includes priority installation services (up to 4 installs).
  • Not for resale or distribution outside the licensed agency.

Each license grants non-exclusive, non-transferable rights to use the product within the defined scope.

2. Digital Products Offered

Wooprex offers a diverse range of digital assets, including:

  • HTML Templates: Professionally designed static website templates.
  • Vue, React, Next.js, and Nuxt.js Templates: SPA/SSR front-end solutions.
  • WordPress Themes: Customizable themes for various niches.
  • WooCommerce Themes: eCommerce-ready themes integrated with WooCommerce.
  • Shopify Themes: Shopify-optimized storefront designs.
  • WordPress Plugins: Custom plugins offering extended functionalities.

All products are developed in-house to ensure code quality, compatibility, and scalability

3. Product Delivery

Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email with a download link to your purchased product. You may also access the product directly through your Wooprex account dashboard.
Delivery is instant and fully automated. If you do not receive your download link within 1 hour, please contact our support team.

4. Compatibility, Updates & Maintenance

All our products are tested and optimized for compatibility with the latest stable versions of their respective platforms (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc.).

  • Wooprex cannot guarantee compatibility with outdated or heavily customized CMS installations.
  • We regularly release updates to improve performance, fix bugs, and maintain compatibility with third-party software.

5. Product Customization & Usage Rights

You are allowed to modify products to suit your project requirements, provided you do not redistribute or resell them. Customization support is not included in the basic support plan but can be requested as a separate service.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

All digital assets sold on Wooprex are the intellectual property of Wooprex. Purchasing a license grants you the right to use the product but does not transfer ownership.

You may not:

  • Claim the product as your own.
  • Remove branding without prior consent.
  • Distribute or resell any part of the product.

7. Fraud Prevention & Purchase Verification

Wooprex employs advanced fraud detection systems to protect against unauthorized transactions. If we suspect fraudulent activity, your purchase may be delayed or declined. We reserve the right to report such activities to authorities and ban access to our platform.
